Yes, but you will still need to use a tubeless tire, as the stiffer tubeless beads are necessary for optimized interface in a hookless profile. Standard tube type tires do not have a bead that will securely retain the tire in a hookless rim.
Using a tube in a tubeless tire will require higher air pressure vs. using sealant only. Use of the tube will increase overall weight, and the required higher tire pressures lead potentially to rider fatigue. You can use a tube in a tubeless tire in cases where you get a flat.
