Choosing the correct service option for your RockShox product might appear complicated, but it's easier than you think!
SELECTING YOUR FORK SERVICE
RockShox suspension fork service is offered for Open Bath and Charger damper-equipped forks. The type of damper within your fork is determined by both; series (Pike, Lyrik, ZEB) and level (Ultimate, Select+, Select).
To determine a fork's damper type, visit the SRAM Service Site and enter the fork’s serial number into the ‘search bar”. Damper Type is often listed within the specifications of the product's service page.
Pro Tip | Charger dampers often have the word “Charger” printed on the compression dial on the top of the fork.
SELECTING YOUR REAR SHOCK SERVICE
RockShox rear shock service is offered for Inline and Piggyback shock types, with a separate option for any Vivid Air model.
For any Vivid Air model, select the Vivid Air service option.
For all other air and coil sprung models, select the service option based on the presence of a piggyback reservoir.
Still not sure? Submit your service order request with the item's serial and required images, and we will figure it out for you. All requests are reviewed for accuracy before approval. You will not be charged until the service is approved and complete.
