To message the SRAM Service Center:
- Log in to your SRAMid account
- Select ‘My Orders’ and then ‘My Requests’
- Type a detailed message in the correspondence window
- Select 'Send'
SRAM Service Direct messages are reviewed daily, and you can expect a response within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends).
