Any message or status updates regarding your service order will be communicated through your SRAM Service Direct order. When a message or status change is submitted, you will receive an email notification. Follow the link in the email notification to view order status and respond to any messages.
You can also visit SRAM.com and log in to your SRAMid account to view order status and messages.
To view your order:
- Log in to your SRAMid account
- Select ‘My Orders’ and then ‘My Requests’
