Hi, I can't find anywhere to write this question or any kind of feedback. I've got XX1 AXS with an AXS Reverb seatpost. I registered my rides on a Garmin 1030 and have all the parts paired whitin the AXS app, after the rides, on the activities I get the info from the deralieur, but I don't get the seatpost actuations as seen on the screenshots of the AXS web page. I tried repairing everything whitin the axs app and with the garmin unit, but I still get nothing. What do I have to do to have the seatpost actuations registered??

    Thank you and best regards.

    Hello Héctor,

Thanks for reaching out! My apologies that you found us difficult to contact. We're working very hard to change that.

Regarding Reverb AXS and Ant+ data, unfortunately, you cannot receive data from them at this time. To view data from the seatpost, head units must support a seatpost Ant+ device profile' which no head unit manufacturers do at this time. You can find more information within the This is Ant+ product directory

I would suggest reaching out to Garmin to request the inclusion of seatpost support on their devices.

    Hello Héctor,

Sounds good! The information displayed in your screenshot was captured by a device known as the Quarq Qollector. Since the product was our creation, it was easy for our developers to include seatpost profile support. Sadly, this component is no longer available for purchase.

Hi am considering a  1x12 gravel setup using the GX AXS rear derailleur. Can I only use 1 side of the Force eTap AXS lever? I can't seem to figure if I would be able to shift in both directions?

    Hello Isaac,

Thanks for leaving your comment! I believe the configuration you're looking to achieve is possible, but it requires a little wizardry. I've sent a direct message to discuss this further.

    PLEASE HELP!

I'm doing a little custom AXS pairing and have run into a problem which I've explained below and attached a diagram, which outlines the AXS logic I've setup to replace the Reverb and RD controllers with blips + blipbox. I have all components paired and the shifting assigned via the blips/blipbox in the app. I cannot get an action to show up for the Reverb, therefore I cannot assign it.

I've had no luck troubleshooting online and am really hoping someone in technical support could take a look at the diagram that I've put together and provide me any guidance on how to get the dropper assigned. SEE THE ATTACHED DIAGRAM.

    Hi,

Whatever I try, my components are not showing up in the mobile app when I try to connect them. I have a correctly paired SRAM Rival AXS ETAP, but no matter what I try my Bluetooth function in the app can't find it. I've waited 10 seconds, I've waited 30 seconds, I've waited 10 minutes, no luck. Is it supposed to be that hard?

    Hello Bavo,

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the AXS Mobile App. When we encounter this behavior, we recommend performing either of the processes outlined below.

The Basic process resolves common issues between your mobile device and the AXS Mobile App. It takes less than a minute to complete and can be performed whenever you encounter AXS Mobile App connection issues.

    Basic process

    1. Force quit the AXS Mobile App.
    2. Disable Bluetooth on your mobile device for 30 seconds.
    3. Re-enable Bluetooth and then open the AXS Mobile App.
    4. Wake your components by bouncing the bike or pressing and releasing the component's AXS button.

If the basic process is not effective, the Advanced process can be performed. It will guide you through an entire 'reset' of the AXS Mobile App but does take much longer to complete.

    Advanced process

    1. Delete your AXS bike profile from the app.
    2. Delete the AXS mobile app.
    3. Power your mobile device off and on.
    4. Reinstall the AXS Mobile App.
    5. Complete the AXS component pairing process.
    6. Open the AXS Mobile App and log in.
    7. Re-create your AXS bike profile.
    8. Select [Search For Parts].
    9. Connect to the Master component.
    10. Select {Add To Bike} to assign the components to your bike profile.

    AXS Mobile App FAQ section

Please let us know if you regularly encounter connection issues that cannot be corrected with the Basic process and find that you're often completing the Advanced process. It may point to an app issue that our development team can investigate and resolve.
