If my wheel is repaired through the “Life Happens” program, is it still covered under the lifetime warranty?

Yes. The original owner maintains the warranty for the life of the product. This only applies to wheels from model year 2021 or later that qualify for the lifetime warranty. Proof of purchase is required to submit warranty claims.
