The Facebook Sign in option has been removed from the AXS App version to protect the data privacy of SRAM customers.
If you previously used the Facebook Sign in option of the AXS App, perform one of the two options below to maintain your account status. You do not need to create a new SRAMid account.
OPTION 1: I HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT
1) Request a password reset in the AXS app, by selecting [Forgot Password] on the login screen.

2) Enter the email address associated with your Facebook account and select [Send Email].
3) Complete the instructions in the 'Password Change Request' email from SRAMid@sram.com.
Once your password is reset, your SRAMid account update is complete.
4) Select [Login].
5) Enter the email address associated with your Facebook account and the new password you just created. Select [Login].
OPTION 2: I DO NOT HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT
If your Facebook account is not associated with an email, you must add an email address to your SRAMid account and then perform a password reset. AXS Web will continue to offer the Facebook Sign in option for several months to support this process.
1) Visit AXS.SRAM.com and use the [Sign in with Facebook] option.
2) Select your profile image, and then [Settings].
3) Select [Manage Account].
4) Enter your email address and select [Continue].
5) Complete the instructions in the 'Email Change Confirmation' email from SRAMid@sram.com.
6) After confirming your email, select [Change Password].
7) Complete the instructions in the 'Password Change Request' email from SRAMid@sram.com.
Once your email address is confirmed and your password is reset, your SRAMid account update is complete.
8) Select ‘Login’.
9) Enter the email address that is now associated with your SRAMid account and the password you just created.
