To put it simply, bleeding the brakes is the process of pushing fluid through a hydraulic brake system to ensure all air bubbles and moisture are removed and fluid is refreshed. If brakes aren't bled as required, then are bubbles and moisture can be absorbed by the fluid, greatly reducing brake pressure
