Yes, they use a mineral oil specific Bleeding Edge fitting. The 5mm size of the fitting is unique to Maven and Motive brakes and will only interface with the SRAM Mineral Oil bleed kit. This is to ensure that incompatible SRAM DOT fluid bleed kits cannot be used. All aftermarket Maven brakes will include a Bleeding Edge syringe tip to retrofit existing SRAM Mineral Oil Bleed Kits that didn’t initially include the Bleeding Edge tip.
