SRAM AXS components require a Bluetooth connection in order to connect to the AXS App. This connection allows the rider to customize their AXS functions and change certain settings in the AXS App, but the AXS App isn't required to use your AXS components.
Notice: Certain mobile devices use Bluetooth hardware that is incompatible with some AXS components. If you have one of these devices and experience connection issues while using the AXS App, please try again with another device.
