Some connections between Wahoo Fitness and SRAM AXS were recently reset. This means that your Wahoo ride activities may have stopped syncing to your AXS account.
The fix is simple: you just need to reconnect Wahoo Fitness in your AXS settings. This guide walks you through exactly how to do that.
Note: You can do this from either the SRAM AXS mobile app or the AXS website. Both options are described below, but you will only need to use one method.
Option A: Reconnect Using the SRAM AXS App
- Open the SRAM AXS app on your phone.
- Tap the Settings button (gear icon) at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select "Account"
- Scroll down to the Activity Import Apps section. You should see Wahoo Fitness listed there.

Tap "Connect" next to Wahoo Fitness.
- You will be taken to the Wahoo authorization page. This page will ask you to allow SRAM to access your Wahoo data (email, workout history, etc.).
- If prompted to log in to Wahoo, enter your Wahoo account email and password and then tap the Authorize button to grant SRAM access.
- Tap "Open" when prompted to return to the AXS app

You will be returned to the AXS app. Wahoo Fitness will now display a check mark to confirm that the connection is active.
Success! Wahoo Fitness is now linked to your AXS account, and your Wahoo activities will sync to your SRAM AXS account moving forward.
Option B: Reconnect Using the AXS Website
- Open a web browser and go to axs.sram.com and log in to your account if you aren't already.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and then select "Settings".
- Scroll down to the Import Activity Applications section.

Click "Connect" next to Wahoo Fitness.
- You will be redirected to Wahoo's login page. Enter your Wahoo email and password, then click Log in.
- Review the permissions (access to email, workout history, etc.) and click Authorize.
- You will be redirected back to the AXS website. A "Successfully Linked Account" message will appear, confirming the connection was successful. Wahoo Fitness will now display the option to "Disconnect" (meaning it is currently connected).
Success! Wahoo Fitness is now linked to your AXS account and your Wahoo activities will sync to your SRAM AXS account moving forward.

Q: Will I lose my past ride data?
A: No. Your existing ride data in AXS is safe. Reconnecting Wahoo restores the link so that new activities sync going forward.
Q: I don't remember my Wahoo login. What do I do?
A: On the Wahoo login page, click "Forgot your password?" to reset your Wahoo password. Then come back and complete the reconnection steps.
Q: I reconnected, but my recent rides still aren't showing up.
A: Reconnecting restores the link for future activities. Rides that occurred while the connection was inactive may need to be synced manually. Try recording a new activity with your Wahoo device to verify the connection is working.
Q: Do I need to do anything on my Wahoo bike computer?
A: No. This reconnection is only between your Wahoo account and SRAM AXS. Your Wahoo bike computer settings are not affected.
