SRAM Ochain R and S both have external travel adjustments, which can be adjusted following the steps found here.
SRAM Ochain N and E have a new Travel Chip design to allow for travel adjustments to be made in the shop with common tools. Our part number 11.6118.083.009 includes Travel Chips to allow you to adjust the travel from 9º to 6º or 12º on Ochain N, or from 9º to 12º on Ochain E. This allows you to match terrain, riding style, and bike setup. Please note, the 6º chip is not compatible with Ochain E.
