As with other SRAM drivetrains, as you move up to the higher tiers, the materials used become lighter and there are often additional features. Some of the main differences and features are highlighted below.
- The GX Eagle Transmission is the most affordable groupset in the Eagle AXS Transmission lineup but maintains all key features of the higher end Transmission groups.
- The XS-1275 T-Type cassette features a unique construction with a Pindome design for gears 1-8 and a single-piece MINI-CLUSTER for gears 9-12.
- The GX Eagle Transmission chain and cassette feature a nickel coating for long-lasting wear.
- The GX Transmission features a revised battery position and reconfigured gearbox.
- The GX crank is not available with a DUB-PWR spindle-based power meter but can be upgraded with the XX SL spider-based power meter if desired.

The XX SL crankset is available in a narrower Q-Factor (168mm) using the DUB SL spindle, while maintaining a 55mm chain line for Eagle Transmission. The XX SL crankset is also available with our new weight-saving thread-on style power meter.
