Installing the Maven Tuning Kit on Maven A1 brakes provides increased mechanical advantage, resulting in lighter action at the lever and an easier initial lever pull.
Each Tuning Kit includes two updated levers and two SwingLinks, enough for a complete set of brakes.
The SRAM part numbers for these are:
ULT - 00.5018.278.000
SLV - 00.5018.278.001
BRZ - 00.5018.278.002
Please note, Maven BRZ (A1 and B1) use a bushing interface, rather than the bearing interface found on SLV and ULT, and are not compatible with the ULT or SLV levers found in the Tuning Kits. You must use the BRZ kit for Maven BRZ levers.
Additionally, you must use the updated SwingLink with the updated levers, and vice versa.
