XX DH Transmission uses the same Type 4 pulley cage damper found in most Eagle Transmission rear derailleurs. However, with the shorter cage found on XX DH Transmission, the force needed to move the cage is higher than Eagle Transmission. This results in higher tension using the same damper and reduced slapping noise compared to our previous generation gravity drivetrains.
