The shifters come shipped with plugs installed in these ports that seal out the elements.Please do not use or clean your eTap shifters without connector wires or seal plugs installed. See more

No, there is not a crash mode on RED eTap derailleurs. Keep in mind that if for any reason a derailleur battery is damaged or lost in a crash, you can use the battery from your other derailleur. See more

No, the eTap 2x11 front derailleur is not intuitive and shifts will happen when the shifter is activated by the rider. See more
